How do I check the status of my order?

You can view your order history by logging into your account.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

We have a real time inventory on our website. We won't sell it to you if we are out of stock.

    What is our backorder policy?

    Our real-time inventory means that items are removed from stock as soon as we run out, but occasionally there is an error in the count so we show more than we really have. If this happens, we will notify you right away that we have cancelled the item, or to allow you to make a substitution if possible.

    How do I add something to my cart without losing my order?

    You can click on any link to go to home page or any desired category to continue shopping.

    What does this order status mean?

    We have the following order statuses:

    • Pending: Sometimes an order stays pending if payment is not completed
    • Process: We have charged you for the order and we are sending it off to our warehouse
    • Completed: We have shipped the order to you (We also send an email notification of the shipment with a tracking number)

      What forms of payment does Kraze FX accept?

      We accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex and Discover. You may also use check cards or ATM cards, as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above.  Please note that your credit card statement will show a charge from our parent company, ClownAntics LLC.

      How do I know if my purchase has been confirmed?

      After clicking the "Submit" button, you'll be taken to an order confirmation with your order number. You will also receive an email immediately after your order confirming your order as well.

      Can I cancel my order after I have completed it?

      If you cancel immediately, or before we have sent your order to our warehouse for processing, we are happy to cancel the order at no additional charge. We ship orders very quickly, however, which means once your order has gone to our warehouse, it is difficult to find your order among the others and cancel it. We send orders to our warehouse at 8 am EST and 1 pm EST Monday through Friday except on weekends and US holidays. 

      Where is your store? (Due to Covid 19 we currently are not able have orders picked up from our establishment. All orders will need to be shipped out. We apologize for any inconvenience.)

      Do you have a catalog?

      Kraze FX doesn't have a paper catalog, but we've worked hard to make our Web Site complete and accurate, and are constantly updating and adding things to it. We add or change items so often that a paper catalog would quickly be out of date, so we have focused on this website, which is easier to update and has a secure server for your shopping convenience.
