To setup up your account
Activating your wholesale account
Once your account has been approved by us, you will receive an email confirmation to activate your wholesale account. Click on the activation link in the email, select your password and you are all set.
Creating an order
Login to your account using your wholesaler credentials. You can create an order by clicking on "View Quick Order Form" link in your account page. Add the products and complete payment. There is a Minimum Order Value requirement of $500 on your very first order. Subsequent orders have a minimum requirement of $250. There is a minimum order quantity requirement of 3 per item.
**Please note, shipping costs are only estimates. We will contact you before your order ships for any discrepancies**
After you have completed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. If any discrepancies in shipping costs arise, we will contact you via email. You will also receive an email regarding shipment confirmation, once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
