Shipping to Australia
Most Australian orders ship (leave our warehouse) within 1 business day from the time the order is placed. For questions about orders shipped to Australia contact us at 0011-1-734-237-2468. Business days are weekdays Monday - Friday and DO NOT include Saturdays, Sundays or US Holidays.

The US Postal Service's First Class Mail International is an affordable way to send small packages weighing four pounds or less to international destinations. First Class Mail International deliveries generally take between 7-14 days to arrive, although delivery dates are not guaranteed and it can take as long as 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Once the package is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number, but note that First Class Mail International packages can only be tracked until they leave the United States. Once a First Class Mail package has left the US, you will not be able to track it and we have no control over it.
Final delivery of packages sent via USPS Mail is handled by the postal service (or other carrier) of the recipient's country. If your order is confiscated, delayed in Customs or lost it will not be replaced by us unless you request and pay for a replacement order, including shipping fees.
The majority of packages shipped internationally are delivered on time, but you order at your own risk. If your order is time-sensitive or your country has a notoriously bad post office, please choose USPS Priority Mail International (usually 8-15 day delivery), or USPS Express Mail International (5 days or less to many countries).
Note: This chart shows the average number of business days for delivery from the date we shipped the package. USPS First Class is not included as we are unable to track this shipping method.

Generally, if your package is being delivered to a major metropolitan area, your shipping time will be on the shorter side of the times listed above. Rural/remote areas of Australia will have the longest shipping times and may exceed the times listed above for extremely remote areas.
To view the shipping charges on any order, simply place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart and select "Australia" as your shipping country and enter your delivery postal code on the shopping cart page, then click “Calculate” and we will tell you the costs for different shipping methods and an estimated delivery time.
Please note that all shipments outside the United States may be subject to Import Duty / Tax / VAT which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient of the parcel, as we have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.
When ordering from Kraze FX you agree to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT which may be imposed by your country's government. If you refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges note that you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product/s and any Import Duty / Tax / VAT or penalty imposed by your government. Most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender. We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
On occasion, a package may be delayed by customs procedures. If your order is confiscated, delayed in Customs or lost and you want a replacement order, you will be charged for a new order including shipping fees. Orders that are confiscated, delayed in Customs or lost will not be replaced by us unless you request and pay for a replacement order, including shipping fees.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country and customs duties are not always applied. Therefore we ask that you contact your local customs/import/mail departments for rates before you place an order to avoid any surprises.
